Tell us about the business
We learn what you do, who you serve, what the site needs to accomplish, and what content or branding already exists.

We confirm, build, and refine
Once the project is confirmed as a fit and the applicable scope, pricing, and any Founding Portfolio terms are confirmed in writing, we build the site around that agreed scope and give you a chance to review the current version and submit the included consolidated in-scope revision round.

Launch with support
After you review and approve the site, accept the applicable project agreement, and complete the required one-time payment, we launch it under the agreed hosting arrangement. If you choose our managed service, we keep it hosted and maintained.

Founding portfolio offer
Up to three Founding Portfolio spots are available at a CA$299.99 base design and build fee.
We prepare the initial customized website draft at no charge and include one consolidated in-scope revision round. The special base fee is available to up to three eligible clients while Founding Portfolio spots remain.
How a spot is allocated
If you are eligible and a spot is still available, your written Quote & Pre-Build Confirmation allocates the spot and locks the quoted Founding base fee for the agreed scope. It does not obligate you to purchase the website.
Required portfolio permission
If you later purchase the website, we may display screenshots, recordings, or an accurate archived representation of the delivered website you approved as final, and accurately describe the work we performed. Separate business-name use, logo use, and live website linking are optional and are not required for the offer.

Managed hosting and maintenance includes hosting, routine maintenance within the agreed service, and up to 30 minutes of website updates per month. Additional pages, functionality, or special requirements are quoted separately. Domain acquisition and annual renewal or upkeep are separate actual-cost charges.
